UEFA relied on a popular network of companies, Sportfive Group, for marketing and selling rights of broadcasting Euro Cup 2008. As Sportfive Group applied market-to-market strategy of selling the broadcasting rights, only a few television channels across the globe have been able to acquire the telecasting rights.
Anyway, despite this marketing war, the most important thing is that you can watch EURO 2008 on TV or on your PC, depending on your preferences of possibilities.

Taking into account that many of our guests can’t watch Euro 2008 games on TV (TV broadcast), we decided to offer you a guide to watch EuroCup 2008 Live directly on your PC. You don’t have to pay any membership in order to watch live Euro Cup 2008’s games or any other games, as there are free programs through which you can get connected to sports channels, where you can watch live matches on TV.
The most popular program that will help you to watch football games live, including Euro 2008’s games, is Sopcast. You have just to download it on your PC, and then, after you install it, you have to search for your favourite sports channels. You will find them here. Note that in the main the Chinese channels broadcast soccer games.
You could try to watch live soccer also through the followings programs: TVants, and TVU Player. The same steps as with Sopcast will have to be followed.
Watching live soccer games on PC becomes a good alternative only when you can’t watch them through TV broadcasting. However, although the quality of this technology hasn’t reached high levels yet (service interruptions might appear anytime), watching football games on PC has become a more and more popular habit.
